Allow multiple records to be selected and actionable at the same time in Billing

Kim from Menlo Park F.D. asks that we allow multiple billing items to be selected and actionable at the same time.

Kim, "I noticed on the on hold billables, I cannot select multiple at one time to delete. I have hundreds to go through and many are a no bill, is there a way for me to delete multiple at once rather than one record at a time?"
